Buyer Registration Carol Homes uses an Agent Registration process to ensure that buyer agents are compensated fairly. Our Agent Registration Form can be downloaded, printed, and signed by the buyer and their agent. Once the signed form is presented to Carol Homes, the agent's relationship with the buyer is acknowledged, regardless of the agent's presence at showings or meetings.
Realtor Compensation Carol Homes pays buyers' agents 3% commission on the final sale price of the property. We offer a unique Realtor Incentive Program which accelerates compensation into the beginning of the construction process, outlined below. $250 Contract Bonus- Paid upon receipt of buyer deposit and non-contingent sale contract. First Half of Commission- Paid when buyer has completed all contract documents, obtained lender commitment, and made 2nd deposit. Second Half of Commission- Paid at construction completion. In addition, agents who sell more than one Carol Homes property in a calendar year will receive a $250 bonus for the second and subsequent sales.
